Install Project Gains
We're not in the App Store or Play Store yet, but you can install this as a Progressive Web App in under 30 seconds — it gets its own home-screen icon, works offline, and feels native.
Open in Safari
Make sure you're in Safari (not Chrome or Firefox on iOS — Apple restricts PWA install to Safari). If you opened this in another browser, copy the URL and paste it into Safari.
Tap the Share button
It's the square with an up arrow in the bottom toolbar (or top-right on iPad).
Choose "Add to Home Screen"
Scroll the share sheet if you don't see it. Confirm the name, then tap Add.
The icon now lives on your home screen. Launching from there opens in standalone mode — no Safari chrome.
Open in Chrome
Edge and Brave work too. Firefox / Samsung Internet have similar flows but the menu layout differs.
Tap the "Install" prompt or open the menu
Chrome usually shows an Install banner the first time you visit. If not, tap the three-dot menu in the top right.
Choose "Install app" or "Add to Home screen"
The exact label depends on your Chrome version. Confirm, and the icon appears in your launcher.
The installed app integrates with your home screen, app drawer, and shows up in recents like a normal app.
Look for the install icon in the URL bar
Chrome and Edge show a small computer/download icon on the right side of the address bar when a site is installable.
Click "Install"
The app opens in its own window with no browser chrome and gets added to your Applications / Start Menu.
On macOS the icon goes to your Applications folder. On Windows it shows in the Start Menu and can be pinned to taskbar.
Skip the install — the web app works fine in any browser.
